What payment method does China Creative Hub accept?

We accept PayPal Express Checkout.

Why doesn’t the discount code work?

The discount code must be used within the validity period. It will not be applied after it expires. Specific discount codes and event details are subject to the official website.

Can I cancel my order?

You can contact the brand email support@chinacreativehub.com to cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed;

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot intercept it, so you cannot cancel the order halfway, you should apply for a return after receiving the goods.

How do I initiate a return?

If it is not a product quality issue, as long as it is unsealed (the plastic seal of plastic-sealed products should be kept intact) and it does not affect the secondary sale, you can return or exchange the product within 7 days, but you will need to bear the round-trip postage.

Return and Exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Event promotional items
  • Other products that are specifically stated as non-returnable
  • Plastic-sealed products that have been opened
  • Please note we cannot provide any returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, rips, bleaching, iron damage, heat damage, seam or button damage.

How long does it take to get my products?

We will process your order within 1-5 business days. In case of special circumstances, we will contact you within a week.

The goods will arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment but we cannot guarantee the condition of the package in transit so delays are inevitable.
