The 2024 China Story Co-Creation Event’s “Foreign Influencers Tour in Guizhou” kicked off its journey in the Buyei Fenglin Scenic Area, located in southwest Guizhou’s Qianxinan Prefecture. At the scenic spot, Buyei women performed graceful traditional dances, and Mexican influencer Laura Ugalde Aburto even learned a traditional Buyei song from a local performer named Wuli.

Laura Ugalde Aburto and Wuli captured the moment with a photo, reflecting the cultural exchange between the foreign influencers and the Buyei community. Despite the late hour of 10 PM, the scenic area was still illuminated with radiant lights, transforming the night into a magical display. The combination of daytime scenic views and nighttime light shows has become the perfect way to showcase the beauty of traditional Eastern aesthetics. German influencer Robert Michael Adolf (known by his Chinese name, Baozi) remarked, “This is a truly beautiful place with scenery that can’t be found elsewhere.”

The foreign influencers eagerly captured these breathtaking moments with their cameras, documenting their experience.

Buyei Fenglin Scenic Area is located in Xingyi City, Qianxinan Prefecture, next to the Eastern Fenglin Scenic Area. It sits in the heart of the world’s typical cone-shaped karst peak forest region, featuring diverse geological formations such as solitary peaks, stone pillars, stone buds, sinkholes, and caves. Centered around water, the area has over 600 Buyei-style houses and related facilities built into the surrounding hills.

Since its opening on February 5 of this year, the Buyei Fenglin Scenic Area has attracted a large number of visitors eager to admire its architecture and experience its rich cultural heritage. The influencers’ tour ended with a group photo with the Buyei women, capturing the essence of this cross-cultural exchange.

At the highest point in the scenic area, the group enjoyed a panoramic view of the stunning landscape below, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
